Dr. Robert E. Findlay

FOUNDING PARTNER

Dr. Findlay is a founding partner of Fusion Chiropractic Spas. He graduated from Life University in Marietta, GA with his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in March 2002. Upon graduation he opened his first Chiropractic clinic in Sunrise, FL where he practiced until 2008. In 2008 Dr. Findlay sold his clinic in Sunrise and opened a new clinic closer to home in Delray Beach, FL. Dr. Findlay joined forces with Dr. Michael Grasso 2014 to create Delray Beach’s premier health spa Fusion Chiropractic Spa, a blend of chiropractic, massage, stretch therapy, and physiotherapies, all in a beautiful and serene spa setting! Since then Fusion has grown with offices now located in Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Coconut Creek, and West Palm Beach. Dr. Findlay also helped brand and produce Fusion’s own nutritional supplement line that is available at all Fusion locations.

Dr. Findlay is married to Ana Findlay who has been instrumental in helping to build their practice since it’s inception. His son, Michael Findlay, was an honor student at Boca Raton High School, graduating in 2016 and is  currently a Senior at the University of Florida. Dr. Findlay is a proud “Gator Dad”. Dr. Findlay coached both youth tackle and youth touch football for many years. He is a member of The American College of Sports Medicine and certified with The National Youth Coaching Association. Together, Dr. Findlay and Dr. Grasso have become the team Chiropractors for Atlantic High School Football, Park Vista Football and treat players and coaches alike. Fusion Chiropractic Spas continue to treat a wide variety of patients from automobile accidents, to sports injuries, to wellness care, and look forward to help guide you towards a path of health today!

Dr. Michael Grasso

FOUNDING PARTNER

Dr. Michael Grasso is a family chiropractor born and raised in sunny south Florida. As a second-generation chiropractor, Dr. Grasso has been under chiropractic care his whole life and at a young age decided that he too had a passion for bettering the lives and health of others.

Dr. Grasso graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando with a Bachelors of Science degree in Life and Biomedical Sciences, as well as a degree in Health and Physical Sciences. Upon graduation, Dr. Grasso went on to attend Palmer Chiropractic College in Daytona Beach where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. After thousands of hours of course work and field study, Dr. Grasso decided to return back to South Florida with the hope of changing lives for the better through chiropractic care.

Dr. Grasso now lives in Delray Beach with his beautiful wife, daughter and son. He is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and is recognized by their board as a licensed physician. Dr. Grasso is a Keiser University Clinical Adjunct Professor which allows chiropractic students to intern within the Fusion locations for a real world educational experience. He works with the Delray Beach Police Department, the Delray Beach Lifeguards and the Prep and Sports nonprofit organization. He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and is the attending chiropractic physician of the Atlantic High School Eagles football team.

Kent Bernarduci

GENERAL MANAGER

Kent has been with the Fusion Chiropractic Spa family since day 1 of creation working with staff, patients and attorneys.  Kent has 30+ years total experience in the industry and is skilled in all facets of the patient experience at Fusion. He can arrange transportation, act as a liaison with your attorney and make sure your time at Fusion is the best it can be!

Shannon Hill

Operations Manager/ HR director

Shannon Hill is a Florida native born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL.  From a young age, Shannon has been passionate about caring for others and using her gifts in a field that allows her to make a difference. Shannon has a strong background in holistic health and naturopathic methods of healing that she studied while at St. Petersburg College and The Humanities Center Institute of Allied Health.

Upon Shannon joining the Fusion Family in 2017, she has become known as the expert in several key roles within the company. Shannon has more than 20 years of experience in managing medical offices, overseeing staff, medical billing and human resources. In Shannon’s free time, she loves spending time with her dogs and enjoying nature.

Shannon prides herself in assisting in the professional development of Fusion’s team and strives to help grow every employee into the best version of themselves. Her ultimate goal is to leave a compassionate and positive impact on Fusion’s patients and her community as a whole.

Dr. Brent Grover

PARTNER & ATTENDING PHYSICIAN

Dr. Brent Grover was born and raised in Daytona Beach, FL, the world’s most famous beach and the birthplace of speed. After receiving his Bachelor Degree from Daytona State College, he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic. Upon graduating from Palmer, Dr. Grover came down to sunny South Florida to learn from Dr Findlay and Dr Grasso at Fusion Chiropractic Spa, where he has been ever since.

While in chiropractic school, Dr Grover was part of many groups that ranged from Soft Tissue to Sports Council, where he attended sporting events and treated the athletes participating. Dr. Grover is Certified in Fascial Movement Taping (FMT) Levels I and II through RockTape. While at Palmer, Dr Grover Co-founded and was the Captain of the first Intramural Kickball League at the school.

In Dr Grover’s free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and staying active. Dr Grover enjoys watching all sports, both live and on TV.

Dr Grover is a member of the Boynton Beach and Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Young Professionals Association of Delray Beach, the Florida Chiropractic Association, and is a proud sponsor of the Florida Tour de Force Memorial Bicycle Tour.

Dr. Nicholas Cestone

PARTNER & ATTENDING PHYSICIAN

Dr. Nicholas Cestone was born in Youngstown, Ohio where he was raised and attended grade school. Dr. Cestone graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Exercise Physiology. At the age of 24, he decided to further his education by attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Branch where he earned his doctorate degree. There he excelled in many techniques and skills, which he incorporates in his practice today to correct all types on injuries and conditions. Dr. Cestone has always been an active participant in sports, and exercise which gives him a better understanding of mechanisms of injury. He enjoys rooting for all of his Ohio sports teams, especially The Ohio State University, Go Bucks!

Madi DiMarco

REGIONAL CLINIC DIRECTOR

Madi was born in Atlanta, Georgia and grew up in Jupiter Farms, Florida. In 2016, Madi graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Madi continued her education with earning her Physical Therapist Assistant License and graduated from Broward College’s PTA program Summa Cum Laude. She also holds a Holistic Life Coach Certification through The Guerrette Institute.

Madi’s passion for health care began from an early age when she received physical therapy and chiropractic care during her time as a rugby player in high school and college. This inspired her to receive her personal training licensure and her health coach licensure while at FAU. Madi continued this passion when she was brought into the Fusion Family.

Madi has worked for Fusion for over 7 years and has continued to grow with the company. In her role as Clinic Director, she aims to give every patient the highest quality care and uphold Fusion’s standards of excellent staff, beautiful offices, and a great experience for all who come in through our doors.

Shelby Davis

REGIONAL CLINIC DIRECTOR

Shelby Davis was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in Amarillo, Texas where she attended West Texas A and M. In 2017, Shelby moved to sunny South Florida with her 3 Siberian Huskies to pursue her real estate career. Realizing her passion for helping others during the global 2020 pandemic, Shelby began working for Fusion.

Shelby’s love for chiropractic care began when she was 15. As a competitive cheerleader, she visited her local chiropractor for physical therapy to be in peak performance for her sport. Shelby continued seeking Holistic Health Care and Chiropractic Medicine after discovering the numerous benefits in her everyday life. You can find her today in several intermural sports such as kickball, dodgeball, volleyball, and so on. Shelby continues to use Chiropractic Care with Fusion Chiropractic Spa!

With Shelby’s background in customer service and business administration, she quickly became a integral part of the Fusion Family. In her role as Clinic Director, Shelby works hard to ensure that our patients’ care plans are as smooth and efficient as possible.

Dr. Matthew Steenbeke

BOCA RATON ATTENDING PHYSICIAN

Dr. Matthew Steenbeke is originally from Orlando, Florida. He attended the University of Florida, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Spanish Language in 2019 During the pandemic, Dr. Steenbeke discovered his passion for patient care and decided to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine. He went on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Daytona Beach, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2024.

In 2025, Dr. Matt relocated to South Florida with his fiancée, Sierra, and their dog, Lincoln. He is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized, attentive care.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Matt is an avid sports fan and enjoys connecting with patients by talking about their favorite teams and athletes. He takes great pride in his patients’ progress and is committed to ensuring that every patient has a meaningful and positive experience at Fusion.

Dr. Josh Kirby

COCONUT CREEK / FT. LAUDERDALE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN

Dr Josh Kirby, a Florida native. Graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Molecular and Microbiology before deciding to pursue a career in Chiropractic care. This decision largely influenced by Dr Kirby’s mothers experience with Chiropractic care. “When I was in high school she had to go on disability due to a back injury. Thanks to a Chiropractor, I got my mother back”.

Dr. Kirby graduated, with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic. His passion for Chiropractic care has enabled him to help all types of patients and conditions. From infants to the elderly and from automobile accidents to work injures his patient have made great strides. In 2017 he was awarded one of the Three Best Rated Chiropractors in Coral Springs. He aims to brings that same service to Coconut Creek and the surrounding areas.

Dr. Bryan Stone

WEST PALM BEACH ATTENDING PHYSICIAN

Bryan Stone was born in New Jersey, and grew up in Coral Springs, Florida. In 2013, he graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences. He later attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examinees, and he holds certifications in physiotherapy, Class IV therapeutic laser, and electrodiagnostics from the NeuroDiagnostics Institute.

Since earning his Florida Chiropractic state license, Dr. Stone has dedicated himself to helping patients suffering from musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders, sports injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, slip and falls injuries and other work related injuries.

Dr. Steven Cohen

BOYNTON BEACH ATTENDING PHYSICIAN

Dr. Steven Cohen was born in Encino, CA.  Although born in CA, he was brought up in the great state of New Jersey.   While growing up in New Jersey, he was introduced to Chiropractic at the age of 13 due to a history of headaches and neck pain. While being a patient at a young age, Dr. Cohen realized the potential of being under chiropractic care and decided that he too had a passion for bettering the lives and health of others.

Dr. Cohen graduated from Florida Atlantic University here in Boca Raton, FL with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance. Upon graduation, Dr. Cohen worked in banking and finance.  Upon realizing that this was not the field he wanted to be in and that he had a yearning to help people he decided to go back to Chiropractic school.  He attended Life University in Atlanta, GA where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Upon graduating from Life University, Dr. Cohen decided to return back to South Florida with the hope of changing lives for the better through chiropractic care.

Today, after 22 years of practicing, Dr. Cohen now lives in Boynton Beach with his beautiful wife, daughter, and son.  He is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Physicians Association, Florida Chiropractic Association, and is recognized by their board as a licensed physician.  Dr. Cohen loves seeing patients of all ages from young children to older adults.  He looks forward to adjusting your spine to get you on the road to health and wellness.

Dr. Conor LaCamera

PORT SAINT LUCIE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN

Dr. Conor LaCamera, born and raised in Albertson, NY.  He studied biology and health science at Hofstra University before graduating in 2018. His interest and passion in chiropractic medicine began later that year when his father was in a car accident. He was made better by chiropractic care after a failed surgery.

In 2023, he graduated with his doctorate from Keiser University College of Chiropractic Medicine. During his studies, Dr. LaCamera served as the treasurer of the Chiropractic Coalition of Nutrition, a student organization dedicated to advancing nutritional health within chiropractic care. He completed his clinical education as an intern at Fusion Chiropractic Spa and joined the Fusion Family full time after.

As a licensed physician recognized by the Florida Chiropractic Association, Dr. LaCamera is committed to excellence in patient care. He is known for his strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to patient well-being, consistently receiving commendations for his approach to chiropractic care. His friendly demeanor, charismatic personality, and devotion to holistic health make him a standout practitioner in the field.

Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. LaCamera enjoys exploring the Sunshine State, spending quality time with friends, and looks forward to starting a family in the near future.

Dr. Angelica Massey

BOYNTON BEACH ATTENDING PHYSICIAN

With a foundation rooted in discipline, service, and excellence, Dr. Angelica Massey brings a unique and elevated approach to chiropractic care. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Dr. Massey served 10 years as a Construction Electrician with the elite Navy Seabees, where precision, leadership, and performance under pressure were essential.

While serving, Dr. Massey earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from American Military University, developing a strong understanding of preventive care and whole-body wellness. This passion for health and performance led to pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Keiser University, where advanced clinical training and evidence-based care became the cornerstone of practice.

Of Bahamian background, Dr. Massey values community, balance, and intentional living principles that influence a personalized, results-driven approach to patient care.

Dr. Lauren Wells

Dr. Lauren Wells was born and raised in Dublin, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology before relocating to Port Orange, Florida to pursue her chiropractic education. In 2025, Dr. Wells earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and proudly joined the Fusion Chiropractic Spa team shortly after graduation.

Dr. Wells’ passion for chiropractic care began at a young age through her father, who struggled with chronic back pain and underwent multiple back surgeries. Witnessing how chiropractic care played a vital role in improving his quality of life inspired her to pursue a career focused on helping others regain function, reduce pain, and feel their best.

During her time at Palmer College, Dr. Wells completed advanced elective coursework and holds certifications in Activator Technique, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Cox Flexion Distraction. Her clinical approach incorporates a variety of techniques including Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator, and Gonstead, allowing her to tailor care to each patient’s individual needs.

Dr. Wells is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting results and finds fulfillment in guiding them through their healing journey firsthand. Her compassionate nature, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered care makes her a valued member of the Fusion family.
Outside of the office, Dr. Wells enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and embracing life in Florida.

Dr. Gregory Priest, D.C, DABCO

Dr. Priest is board certified by the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists and has practiced chiropractic medicine since 1983.  Dr. Priest has presented at numerous symposia and conferences for the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists, the Florida Chiropractic Physicians Association, and other professional associations for over 20 years.

Dr. Priest’s many roles in professional service include serving as a Part IV examiner for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and as a member of the NBCE Part III Test Development Committee.  Dr. Priest was also appointed to serve a three-year term as a member of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the 18^th Judicial Circuit.  He served on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists and Florida Chiropractic Association, and as an Associate Professor at the National University of Health Sciences (Florida campus).  He is currently in private practice in Florida.

Leigha Heuglin

Leigha Heuglin is a Certified Chiropractic Physician’s Assistant (CCPA), educated through Sherman College of Chiropractic, with a strong background in exercise and functional rehabilitation. Her years in competitive athletics provide her with a solid foundation in strength development, injury prevention, and practical exercise application.

She is committed to delivering individualized, evidence based care that helps patients restore function, enhance stability, and achieve long term strength and wellness.

Dr. Chelsea Holmes

Dr. Chelsea Holmes was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She was raised there for a few years before moving to Silver Springs, Maryland. Cold winters were never a favorite season of Dr. Holmes. When she was 11, she came back to Florida and has been here ever since.

Dr. Holmes studied at Nova Southeastern University with the outlook of going to medical school to be a cardiologist. She graduated with a Master’s in Biological Science with a concentration in Health Science. While she was working for a chiropractor as a secretary, she decided to go to chiropractic school.  It was there that Dr. Holmes discovered chiropractic medicine offered a better and more effective way of treating patient’s condition. She then went to Keiser University College of Chiropractic Medicine in West Palm Beach and Graduated in 2025.  To Dr. Holmes one of the best decisions she made was becoming a chiropractor.

Dr. Holmes’ goal at Fusion Chiropractic Spa is to create an environment for patients to ease their way back into a better and active lifestyle without fear of avoidance. She hopes to stop patients from saying “I don’t know if I can”. Dr. Holmes wants her patients to know that through the care and support of every member at fusion, we are here to show them that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
